The Market
Even though the rest of the nation seems to be experiencing a "slow down" of sorts, the Puget Sound area and specifically Seattle is still experiencing a strong market in certain areas and price ranges. There are still multiple offers being made and escalation clauses included in offers.
There are more price reductions than a year ago, however, on the whole, prices continue to climb, albeit at a slower pace. It's a great market with a lot of opportunities for buyers and sellers.
