I added a Mill Creek Page to the website a couple of weeks ago.  Mill Creek is an appoximate 30 minute drive North of Seattle.  It's a great area with an ever expanding Mill Creek Town Center.  There are new homes and condos located in and around the town center.  If you like convenient living this is it.

Ballard has 20 new listings since the 11th of February.  Ballard is still an area in high demand.  New condos being built in numerous places in Ballard.  Prices overall are still climbing, albeit at a little slower pace than a year ago.

If you plan on marketing and selling your own home here are some points to keep in mind in being your own agent.

1) Price your home at or just below market value.  This will attract more prospective buyers.2) Use lots of color photos in your advertising.  Buyers love to see what your home looks like.3) What attracted you to purchase your home?  Talk about these points, chances are a prospective buyer will be interested in these as well.4) Utilize an "800" number with recorded info. and advertise it on your yard sign.  This allows the prospectve buyer to get info immediately without having to talk with a person.5)Curb appeal.
