Interest rates increased this week, however, there are still a lot of opportunities for both buyers and sellers.  Even though rates continue to climb they are still at historic lows.  Property values and prices continue to rise.

Investors, with increasing interest rates come low vacancy rates and increased rents. Income producing property is a great investment.  With this section of the market there are also many opportunities for first time investors as well as seasoned veterans.

Even though the rest of the nation seems to be experiencing a "slow down" of sorts, the Puget Sound area and specifically Seattle is still experiencing a strong market in certain areas and price ranges.  There are still multiple offers being made and escalation clauses included in offers.

There are more price reductions than a year ago, however, on the whole, prices continue to climb, albeit at a slower pace.  It's a great market with a lot of opportunities for buyers and sellers.
